A fine walnut jewel box with an inlayed shield in the center front panel, inlayed angels and floral figures in the other two front panels and side panels, and carved mask figures on front corners.  Domed top.  Late 16th or early 17th century.

Excellent condition overall.  Lacking till box, lock replaced; small repair to inlay on front left panel.
