Table top made from one wide plank of walnut.  Typical iron bracing to the underside.  The upper rails are attached to the underside of the top by typical grooves. 
 
Condition:  The top surface of the table top has an old patina and shows no signs of no repairs.  The bottom surface shows repairs and/or possible alterations.  The iron bracing appears early, with no signs of repositioning to the table top.
