An interesting chest with two of the four stiles having a figure under an arched doorway, with the center stile with an carved emblem, with linenfold panels on the front and sides.
 
Width 65", height 30", depth 26".
 
In good condition for its age, with normal wood worm damage with some filling and repairs mainly on the legs.  The top is an old replacement (perhaps from the 18th century).  Lock appears original; no key.
